Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 5-7 Years Technical/Functional Skills : . Candidate will analyze, design and build component-based applications in a Web/Internet delivery environment. The selected candidate will have mastered modeling techniques, component and object-oriented design, complex algorithmic coding, and systematic approaches to application integration. . He/She will perform hands-on coding, mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews as needed. . He/She will provide architectural guidance in conjunction with the architecture team. . He/She will have expertise in enterprise web application technologies including experience in all tiers of a multi-tier architecture (data, logic and presentation). Experience Required . Strong communication and project management skills are required. . Must possess a strong knowledge of testing processes and be able to adapt these to an Agile/Scrum model . Experience in integration, security, load, performance, stress, scalability and endurance testing . Ability to write Test Plans, Test Scripts and Test Summary reports . Experience using industry standard defect tracking and source control systems . Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail. . Superior organizational and time management skills .
