Job Title : Java Developer
Location : Norcross, GA
Duration : 6+ Months Contract
Job description
Responsible for preparing programming assignments.
Designs, plans and supervises implementation of large scale system
projects.
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding,
testing, debugging and installing for a large-scale mainframe computer
system.
*Education: *
Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university in a related area.
*Experience: *
5-7 years with 3-5 years full life cycle development experience and 3-5
years programming experience in financial services or a related industry;
or equivalent combination of education and experience
*Minimum Qualifications:*
5+ years of experience with Java development/architecture
Experience in GUI concepts/design
Previous experience with Web Servers required
Previuos experience with IBM Websphere required
Experience with Oracle, AIX and Harvest are plus skills
(Oracle database on the backend, AIX Unix platform)
A minimum of Associates in Computer Science is required.
