As a DBA, your primary duties will be monitoring all databases as well as performing general DBA activities. *You will work with many others including web designers, project managers and application developers as a team who are focused on business applications.* You are expected to be highly analytical and should have the ability to grasp business requirements and translate them into technical solutions with the team. **Working well with others is very important.
