*Title:* *Senior/Architect Node.js* posted on 2013-07-05 07:41:55 *Job Description:* Senior/Architect Node.js location: SFO, CA for 6 Months duration Need a senior/lead-level Node.js developer to build a new platform to support its mobile offerings. The right candidate will have architect-level Node.js experience, strong familiarity with service frameworks, and a burning desire to work on the bleeding edge of ecommerce delivery platforms. This is a long-term project implementing API management vis-a-vis the current eCommerce platform: ATG & ATG's CMS (BCC). It will also involve vetting and integrating a more focused CMS, such as drupal. The perfect candidate will have a deep background in backend technology stacks without the inherent baggage. S/he should be able to generalize "standard" application server concepts into implementation milestones in Node.js and its myriad of modules. S/he should have experience implementing REST APIs for client consumption as well as server-to-server consumption. S/he should be able to demonstrate command of the javascript language as well as be conversant in the peripheral technologies that make Node sing.
