Job Title : Business Analyst Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 7- 10 Yrs Technical/Functional Skills : Business Analyst Experience Required : . Prior working experience with Commercial insurance underwriting process & expertise on Property and Liability line of business . Demonstrated high level of technical expertise . Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, Individual must have the ability to effectively interact with all levels of CNA's internal and external business partners . Ability to work independently . Strong analytical and problem solving skills . Ability to exercise independent judgment and to make critical business decisions effectively . Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as other business-related software Roles & Responsibilities : . Elicit, Understand and Document AS-IS and TO-BE business process flows . Document Business Rules and Business Process Requirements . Document detailed System (Functional and Non Functional) Requirements . Analyze and Document Integration Requirements to backend systems . Facilitate meetings with Tool vendor to Communicate the Requirements and Ensure the delivery . Work closely with Business, BA Team, Project Manager, Development and Testing teams for the execution of the project .
