Expert Required Responsibilities: QE Device Testing Test Lead Provide test lead services on multiple QE Device efforts. Local candidates not a remote position f2f Interviews Only Will participate in test planning and in testing activities on multiple devices for multiple projects. Report test status to senior management as required. Partner with development teams, to negotiate deliverables, hold to schedules. Identify collaborative, multi-team solutions to difficult test issues. Provide leadership on issues that are escalated from test team. Negotiate with multiple test teams and Project/Product teams to create test schedule. Analyze test effort for risks, track risks and report risks to upper management. Manage multiple concurrent test or test methodology related projects. Develop test plans and obtain approval from leadership or cross-functional teams. Utilize and establish projects in defect tracking system (QC, Rally, Jira, etc.) Track testing effort against test schedule. Lead defect triage meetings for multiple projects. Ensure test/project stays within approved budget and established timeline. NPW must be able to manipulate hand-held device for 8+ hours per day.
