Job title: Verification Engineer
Location: Mountain View, CA (Locals need)
Duration: 12 +Months
This open requirement is suitable for a well-rounded Verification Engineer
with IP verification experience and with embedded ARM SOC.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding in one or more of the following domain knowledge:
* computer systems architecture
* Strong ASIC/SOC verification fundamentals (min 8 years of experience)
* Should be proficient in simulation based verification flow. Must have good
simulation debugging skills
* System Verilog and C-based test writing experience
Additional detailed description of job requirements:
* Should be proficient in simulation based verification flows. Must
have good simulation debugging skills.
* Reasonably strong C skills (not software engineer level of skills).
C++ skills are a plus. Experience with programming for embedded processors in
simulation environment is required. This is a specialized subset of C skills.
* Experience with ARM CPU, AXI protocol is a big plus
Nice to have:
* OVM/UVM
Responsibility:
Develop tests and test bench components to verify a major IP project
development.
Tasks:
* Write tests for a major IP which includes embedded ARM CPUs.
Testbench environment is OVM, and includes C/C++, SystemVerilog, DPI.
* Test development will be a combination of C and System Verilog.
* Develop functional coverage and assertions
* Develop monitors, checkers, scoreboards
* Develop minor automation scripts, Makefile scripts.
