The expectation is that the Core Scheduling Tool will work throughout the implementation of the first phase of the Operator’s Workbench therefore functioning at a data level, analysing the data interchange, and being able to articulate data requirements is of paramount importance. •Collaborate with the business stakeholders, business change, development and testing teams to refine/validate the requirements. •Collaborate with business analysis colleagues in other regions to gain board consensus and global acceptance of the requirements. •Collaborate with testing services to create system testing scenarios, that may require first analysis and then porting the current Core Scheduling Tool system testing and regression testing packs and inspect test results. •Collaborate with testing services to create non-functional testing scenarios, and again, this may require porting the current Core Scheduling Tool system non-functional testing scenarios into the OWB and inspect test results. •Collaborate with business change and trading operations to create the user acceptance testing scenarios that will be used to test the OWB during UAT and inspect test results. •Conduct peer reviews of deliverables and knowledge sharing sessions to ensure quality outputs and spreading knowledge in the organisation. Essential Education•Professional Scrum Master I (Fundamental) Assessment from scrum.org Essential experience and job requirements•Ability to work in a matrix like organisation, where vertical (like trade capture, scheduling, etc.) and horizontal (like build, database, application server, etc.) functional expertise exist within different teams (and individuals in those teams). •Ability to analyse data, abstract the data exchange into coherent requirements, for the development and testing teams. •Ability to spot opportunities for reducing risk and complexity and raise relevant points to the project manager. •Ability to work in a global organisation where associating a face to a name can be difficult. This may sometimes require flexibility in working hours to suit a global audience. Desirable criteria & qualifications•Experience in working on the BP IST physical oil domain. •Experience in working on the BP IST physical oil application set. •Relevant certifications, as specified in the BA&C License to Work. •Experience in data analysis. •Experience in toolsets for managing requirements, for example, JIRA, SharePoint, HP Quality Centre, Microsoft TFS, etc. •Experience in running the sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews and retrospectives will be an added advantage.
