Position: Mid- Level SAP HR Consultant Location: Plano, Texas Duration: 5 Months Responsibilities for HRIS Analyst: -The HRIS Analyst III will assist with business design requirements, test case creation and execution. -Identifies cutover items and resolution for deployment pof change. -Participates in conversiion of data to new system. -Participates in day to day HR employee support functions, maintains internal database files and tables. -Works with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands. -Works with payroll and its personnel to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions. -May serve as HR department liaison to MIS/IT function. Requirements for HRIS Analyst III: Level III requires 4-6 years of experience in HR with strong experience in SAP HR.
