Developing or identifying the impact to the various business models. Requirements / Use Case delivery will be required to enable the Technical Team to deliver the appropriate solution to business needs. *Roles and Responsibilities:* *Leads and/or participates in discussions with technical staff and user groups to transfer development activities to technical staff. *Ensure that all software is properly component and system tested before release to Plans. *In addition, partners with technical staff and user groups to hold walkthroughs to confirm user acceptance of business requirements, prototypes and UI mockups. *Develops business use cases and business focused non-functional requirements based on input from Plans and other user groups. *Supports the development of business process model or impact to existing in order to define alternatives and solutions to meet business needs. *Recommends alternative approaches to support the business need. *Oversee the development and execution of User Acceptance test plans and schedules and Partner Plan Testing. *Work with business and technical teams to assure product acceptance. * Qualifications:* • Minimum of four years’ experience in business process design and business system design. • A minimum of two years Rational Unified Process experience. • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, including presentation skills. • Experience in leading and/or participating in supporting the technical leadership in a successful multi-vendor project development team. • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic multidisciplinary team environment that is customer oriented. * Deliverable: **Payments innovation national delivery platform. *Additional Skills: **Technical understanding of ETL code development and extract creation process. *Health plans perspective with a focus on membership and eligibility.
