*Description:  **
*Responsible for organizing and managing projects to ensure the projects
are completed within the defined scope, quality, time and cost
constraints.  Participates as an individual contributor, large scale IT
project team member or may lead U.S. project teams on small to large scope
IT projects through all project phases. Adheres to project management
standards and procedures.  Works under general supervision with periodic
reviews.  The work has high business impact on cross-functional global
teams and projects.
 Acts as the key liaison ensuring maximum benefit of IT to the business.
Provides the business with information on available technology resources to
meet their goals.  Ensures solutions are properly analyzed, deployed and
maintained.  Establishes and coordinates testing criteria per application
and ensures test criteria are met.
*Job Function:**
Project Management*****

   - Ensure adherence to the company’s IT policy and specifically CDP
   (Comprehensive Delivery Process – similar to SDLC) process for managing
   projects and required deliverables.  Ensure documentation is complete,
   current, and stored appropriately ****
   - Partner with the business Project Lead to drive the project ****
   - Identify and manage project issues with business partners or project
   teams. ****
   - Develop and manage the Project Management Plan for the project,
   including Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Resources,
   Communications, Risk management, and Procurement ****
   - Recognize risks/issues that need escalation and arrange for
   appropriate assistance ****
   - Track, manage to resolution and report on issues and bugs ****
   - Communicate/report project progress related to schedule, work
   performance and finance to necessary stakeholders on a regular basis ****
   - Hold regular status meetings with project team****

   - Requirements Planning and Management - Plan and schedule requirement
   activities.  Identify and engage the correct actors to participate in
   requirement activities.  Identify and manage risks and issues related to
   requirements management.  Manage requirements changes and updates. ****
   - Requirements Gathering - Conduct requirements gathering using
   appropriate elicitation methods to derive business requirements.  Work
   closely with clients to identify requirements and the costs and benefits of
   system solutions.  Distinguish between business needs, wants and wishes.
   Negotiate options with the client, exercise team leadership capabilities
   and demonstrate persuasion and patience with others.  Work with the client
   and development partner to estimate and prioritize changes. ****
   - Requirements Analysis - Analyze and model process and information data
   captured during requirements gathering.  Apply conceptualization and
   creative thinking skills toward possible solutions.  Perform cost / benefit
   analysis. ****
   - Requirements Documentation - Document business processes and business
   requirements.  Derive system functional requirements from business
   requirements.  Ensure completeness, accuracy and clarity of requirements.
   Maintain current state system reference documentation.  Provide
   traceability between business objectives, requirements, design and test
   cases. ****
   - Requirements Communication - Present and communicate requirements
   using an appropriate level of detail and mechanism to stakeholders at all
   levels of the organization.  Obtain stakeholder approval and signoff.  **

   - Requirements Implementation - Conduct reviews of requirements and
   functional design with development partners and provide support during the
   development process.  Support system test activities by developing and
   executing test cases, participating in defect triage.  Assist with
   developing training materials and provide training sessions.  Participate
   in definition and communication of post-implementation support processes.
   Participate in post-implementation support activities. ****
   - Requirements Governance - Ensure adherence to the company’s CDP,
   Comprehensive Delivery Process, for managing business analysis tasks and
   required deliverables and documentation.  Participate in activities to
   bring improvements in the requirements management practice. ****
   - Serve as the IT organization's model for client satisfaction. ****
   - Coordinate with IT colleagues to integrate activities to meet client
   needs. ****
   - Assist in creation/negotiation of interaction agreements between the
   business and IT (outlining responsibilities and expectations of each
   party). ****
   - Track and maintain documentation on how technologies have been used to
   successfully support the lines of business and business processes. ****
   - Contribute reflect knowledge articles for new solution capabilities
   delivered.  Update or retire articles to changes in solution capabilities.

   - Transfer functional knowledge to service delivery by participating in
   issue isolation and resolution.  ****


*Experience:*****

   - At least 3-5 years of IT experience in project management and
   execution involving major development projects including system analysis,
   development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale projects   **
   **
   - Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with
   strong abilities in relationship management ****
   - Established track record of managing technical and/or analysis staff
   through various life-cycle phases (cross-functional experience highly
   desirable) ****
   - Demonstrated leadership of multi-discipline, high-performance work
   teams/groups ****
   - Managed financial resources to meet goals and multiple projects ****
   - Demonstrated high competency in project management and the execution
   of multiple large projects, including managing resources, across multiple
   projects to meet goals****
   - Development experience a plus****


*Technical Skills:*

   - Knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Clarity,
   etc.)****
   - Knowledge of relational databases and  Oracle ****
   - Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential
   application on client engagements****
   - Experience with  Microstrategy, Data Services ETL, mainframe, DB2 and
   IMS databases a plus****
