Please send me your resumes at [email protected] <[email protected]>or call me at 484-725-6002 for further details Requirements Details: *Title:* Web Marketing Business Analyst *Duration:*12+ months *Location: *San Jose, CA *Responsibilities: *- Under general direction of senior project team members, coordinate, facilitate, execute on project goals and objects and provide periodic updates and feedback. - Work with business user community to gather requirements, document existing business processes, and make recommendations on how to improve existing business workflows and processes, and obtain consensus from disparate business teams. - Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis, and prototyping. - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. - Identify and Document Change Management Needs and Risk Analysis/Mitigation - Gather requirements for a healthcare document control system that will be implemented in two phases: a) the first phase tying into the current website Documentum Web Publisher system b) Tying into the new Adobe Web Experience Management system that will replace Documentum Web Publisher. - The business analyst will work with legal and marketing stakeholders as well as with IT to define requirements and use cases, together with a small team consisting of the business analyst, a project manager, and a technical lead on the IT side. Also will assist with additional projects include the following: - The Web Experience Management project will transform (companys website) publishing experience. Adobe WEM (Web Experience Management) has been selected as the publishing system to replace the existing publishing platform. The scope of this project includes implementation of WEM as a platform for publishing content to (Companys website) and associated migrations. This project will challenge the Business Analyst in many areas including Change Management, Business Process Re-engineering and optimization, and Risk Identification and Mitigation. - The Seamless Registration Project focuses on the development of progressive profiling capabilities on (Companys website), allowing for in-time data collection about users on the web site and the consolidation of the current, multiple registration systems into a single interface. This project will challenge the Business Analyst to also focus on immediate, incremental registration improvements, and distilling and reconciling requirements from many different constituents and interests. Required: - Must have experience managing complex cross-functional projects that span teams, organizations, and geographic regions. Most projects are in-flight and will require the Business Analyst to rapidly ramp-up, be nimble, and quickly form productive and positive working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and IT from varying technical and business backgrounds and skill levels across the organization. Skills: - Very organized, detail oriented, manage process, timelines, and change requests - Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written - Experience with Web Content Management systems; e.g., Documentum Web Publisher, Adobe/Day CQ, and/or Interwoven Team Site - Experience with business process re-engineering and optimization - Software Prototyping Techniques (e.g., Evolutionary Prototyping, Incremental Prototyping, etc) - Ability to create professional-caliber documentation including Business and Requirements Process documentation (including but not limited to UML Use Case, UML Activity Diagram), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Scripts - Experience with Business Process Modeling tools such as MS Visio, Visual-Paradigm, Rational Rose, etc. - Experience in Agile Development environments - Ability to meet deadlines, document and understand web publishing application and processes, write system specifications and requirement documents. Recommended (not required): - BA Training/Certification & 3+ years of project management experience in Web or software related field, knowledge of Microsoft Project helpful - Six Sigma Training/Certification - Experience with prototyping software (e.g., Axure, Protoshare, etc) - Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) - Technology Familiarity: HTML, .NET, XML, Web Services - Project Management certifications from PMI or other training programs a plus.
