Solutions are delivered in multiple environments employing Oracle and SQL Server database technologies, with *Informatica* as the basis for ETL. Key responsibilities will be the design and development of ETL programs and complex database programming required to support operational systems. *Responsibilities:* • Develops and maintains strong working relationship with applications development teams in designing and delivering advanced ETL solutions required to fulfill project requirements • Participates in the development of standards and methodologies for delivery of advanced ETL and database solutions • Codes and develops warehouse and ETL database programs • Supports data warehouse programs for reporting and ETL • Ensures the quality transition of applications changes into production • Integrates new tools, processes and procedures across ETL and data warehousing • Analyzes business users needs developing expanded data warehouse reporting and ETL routines to support reporting needs • Ensures alignment with application development SQL standards and access and data dictionary standards • Provides Tier 1 support for ETL and data warehouse programs and routines • Works with fellow employees and client team members in planning, design and development of ETL solutions • Use professionalism, customer service, technical expertise, and diplomacy to foster long-term work relationships • Knowledge of Data warehouse modeling techniques including Star Schema • Take initiative to identify, research, and make recommendations for any issues directly related to the support of applicable data systems and production databases *Technical Skills:* • Good written and oral communication skills • Demonstrated strong technical skills with SQL • Demonstrated understanding of best practices in SQL design and development • Demonstrated technical skills with SQL and scripting languages on UNIX and Windows servers • Demonstrated proficiency in ETL, replication and data integration • Demonstrated proficiency in *Informatica* • Demonstrated technical skill in reading and interpreting logical and physical data models • Innovation and quality improvement – ability to adapt and adopt new methods • Teamwork – ability to perform as both leader and member of a high-performing team.
