Position:QA Analyst Location:Wilmington DE Duration:6+Months Rate :$40/hr on C2C/1099 Description: Our Client in the Wilmington, DE area is looking for a QA Analyst with Credit Card experience for a long term contract. Position Description: Support Quality Assurance for Acquisitions/ECM campaigns and Production support QA. Responsible for all phases of the Project Delivery Process (PDP) and ensuring requirements are clearly defined and testable. Create and execute detailed test plans and scripts to verify software functionality and adherence to business requirements. Support the product development process, including capacity planning, budget tracking, monitoring testing standards and procedures, team member training. Responsible for Test Strategy/scripts walkthrough with Project Leads. Maintain document template libraries and internal project documentation and all verification and validation activities for all Production modifications including projects, releases, and changes. Assess risk to quality based on results of verification and validation and making appropriate recommendations. Perform end-to-end testing with the customer in mind. Will be testing all customer touch points (web, phone, etc.) Required Background: Strong knowledge in Marketing, Credit Card and Customer focussed. Prior experience in Marketing, Operations, Fraud, MIS Reporting, Collections in a Credit Card or Commercial (Retail) Banking company and want to get into QA.
