Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills . Proven experience (5 + years) Struts web application development . Proficient with Java OO (5 + years) . Proficient with XML . W3C-compliant and semantic (X)HTML and CSS3 with an emphasis on CSS-driven page layouts . 3-5 years' experience with JavaScript . Proficient in one or more JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, ExtJS, Backbone.js etc . Familiarity with best-practices for ADA Compliance .
