*Need Local only* *Here is the Job Description*: *InfoSphere - DataStage DevelopersChicago, IL 6-12 Months Contract* *Job Description* Consultant will be taking functional specifications requirements and rules to build DataStage jobs. Gathering Design specifications and source to target. The majority of the work will be coding and unit level testing. Assisting the Data Analysts in designing the Use Cases and modification to ensure tables are functioning per the specifications. *Technical Requirements* · 4+ years of DataStage Development experience must have 8.5 – 9.1 is strongly preferred · Unit level testing · SQL Queries · HP/AIX/UNIX for logging into terminals and decrypting files etc… · Must have experience with back end RDBMS (Sybase and or DB2 preferred) · QualityStage experience specifically with regard to address standardization/validation (We need candidates who have used ualityStage components) (Data Rules and Standardized Stages and MNS (Multinational Standardization) · Will have solid experience with DataStage Parallel Jobs, Job Sequencing, Creating Parameter Sets, Environment Variables and Creating Parallel Routines, Data Cleansing and Writing Transformation expressions to derive values and remove unwanted data · Connector stages ODBC, DB2 and SYBASE · File Stages (complex flat file, unstructured data, data set, file set, sequential file stage experience · Processing stages transformation – look up changes to capture and pivot enterprise *Education and Training* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering Professional Experience · Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of professional experience as an InfoSphere – DataStage Developer. Ideally with version 8.7 or higher.
