*Interview Mode: Telephonic Then Skype* This is purely a support role, *with 30% application support and 70% administration*. You will be helping support on-shore, urgent items (fixing environments that are down, responding to build-outs that are close to completion, reporting issues and responding to fixes) with a quick turnaround time.
