Experience required between-7-10 years . .  The tough thing has been
finding someone that has senior level experience and has built a data
warehouse from scratch.  They also need to have experience creating custom
data marts and have cube knowledge.  They      are looking to fill this
position ASAP and can be flexible in terms of rate.  *Summary:* This
position focuses on the development and delivery of production SSAS cubes
to support business intelligence solutions including: dashboards,
scorecards, reports, user interfaces, and associated data structures using
Microsoft technology, applications and tools. The BI Developer interfaces
with business users to understand their needs and then translates them into
solutions which deliver business value.*  Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:* ·         Develop SSAS cubes to support production
reporting needs from a variety of data sources.  ·         Promote SSAS
cubes to production such that all loads and updates are automated. Document
production load processes so that they are fully supportable by existing
data team members.·         Gather and document requirements for SSAS cube
design such that developed cubes are reusable for numerous reporting needs.·
         Support the development reports through Reporting Services (SSRS) .
·         Create ad-hoc queries and reports as requested and provide
on-going analytical support for these requests.  ·         Assist the
reporting team in the continued development of it’s reporting dashboard.·
         Ensure the ongoing maintenance, enhancement and support of any
reports or solutions provided, so that they continue to meet business
needs.  ·         Participate as requested on corporate project teams where
management reporting and/or data import/export are involved to support the
planning and implementation process. Help troubleshoot challenges and
inaccuracies that may arise.·         Escalate priority conflicts regarding
requests in reporting and project queue to management where appropriate.·
         Document fully any report or solution to enable other members of
IS to support or maintain it if necessary.·        Provides extensive input
into Data Management priorities based on business reporting needs.  *Additional
Duties and Responsibilities: *·        Remains informed of job-related
issues through networking, training programs, seminars and trade
publications.·         Attends meetings when necessary.·         Maintains
a flexible work schedule beyond “standard” scheduled hours.·         Perform
other duties when assigned.·         As directed my management, may be
assigned to work with other IS teams and/or business groups.·
Adhering to
and complying with the applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and
guidance, including those related to Anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank
Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.)·         Adhering to Bank policies and
procedures·         Completing required training,   * Experience/Skills
Required:* ·         Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in
business analysis or similar capacity in business area as primary resource
extracting and presenting data.·         Requires in-depth experience (3-5
years) using MS SSAS.·         Experience with MS SSIS, MS SSRS, MDX, MS
SharePoint. (2+ years)·         Knowledge of data warehousing practices
including dimensional modeling skills.·        Demonstrated experience
building cubes and reports that take advantage of OLAP/Dimensional Modeling
capabilities.·         Experience with Reporting Dashboards a plus.·
 Other programing language (.NET, C#, PowerShell, XML, JavaScript) a plus.·
         Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills and
the ability to clearly define projects, objectives, goals, schedules and
assignments.·         Must possess sound judgment for negotiating
deliverables and timelines with tact and diplomacy·         Requires
proficiency with varied types of computer hardware and software.·
   Requires
proficiency with varied computer and network operating systems.·         Must
possess a general knowledge of all bank operations.·         Requires
strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.·         Must
exercise a reasonable amount of independent judgment under a minimum of
supervision.·         Requires strong interpersonal and organizational
skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.·         Requires strong
interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to meet
deadlines, follow written policies and procedures, and maintain superior
customer service at all times with all users.  *Education Requirements:* ·
         Four-year college degree preferred with an emphasis in a computer
related field or the equivalent skill, knowledge and mental
development.  *Physical
Requirements:* ·         Vision must be sufficient to read data reports,
manuals and computer screens.·         Hearing must be sufficient to
understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and
in person.·         Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange
information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or
directions.·         Position involves sitting most of the time, but may
involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.·         Must be
able to travel in a limited capacity when required.
