Deep and broad knowledge of VMware is required. * *Specific Duties: * *• Develop and implement technical solutions based on defined business requirements. * *• Perform analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design and installation of new and existing computer systems. * *• Coordinate and manage tasks for numerous simultaneous projects related to VMware * *• Research and test recurring problems, determine anomalies within supported software applications. * *• Train support teams and provide tier 3 support for environment when required. * *• Update and create technical product trouble-shooting documentation. * *• Perform special projects and assignments when necessary. * *• Provide development support to the infrastructure teams. * *• Performance tune as needed. This will include working closely with the other teams to administer performance testing as needed. III.
