*Location: Tampa FL* *Role: Business Analyst - US Citizen or GreenCard (ONLY)* Job Responsibilities: • Develops and reviews Minor Development Documents (MDDs); • Facilitates meetings with the appropriate subject matter experts in both business and technology teams to receive specifics on requirements; • Ensures that high-level business requirements from Business Requirements Questionnaire (BRQs) have been decomposed properly into useable requirements; • Performs analysis to determine and verify business requirements and functional design; • Leads peer reviews and inspections of requirement documents; • Manages changes to baseline requirements through a change control process; • Defines high-level test plans that will ensure business requirements have been met.
