Title: Oracle ADF and PL/SQL Developer posted on 2013-12-09 13:23:46 Job Description:The consultant MUST HAVE the following experience Gathering user requirements Documenting them Building the system Testing the system Supporting the system through Quality assessments Technically documenting the application, Following and building implementation procedures and documentation for applications Works as a contributing member of the team to ensure smooth working and efficient and quick delivery of applications, internet/intranet sites, and projects. Guides teammates to define development processes, methodologies and frameworks to assist in creating easily maintained and migrate-able intranet and internet sites. Mentors teammates on Oracle Fusion Middleware Products Rel 10g and above and J2EE design. Ensures the distribution of knowledge for applications being designed and built within the team to ensure assigned jobs are completed according to schedule and that all deadlines are met. Ensures the design of sufficient documentation for easy hand-over of projects. Participates in the formulation and design of methodologies for the Intranet/Internet group. Ensures compliance with the established standards for the IT Dept., Shared Services Group and the Internet/Intranet Group. Mentors other developers and junior staff Works with clients to gather and prioritize user requirements for enhancements for new and existing applications and for maintaining documentation on the applications. Collaborates with the Front-end/User interface group to deliver projects to the satisfaction of the client in a timely fashion. Maintains current knowledge of the latest and newest technologies in the areas of specific relevancy to the Intranet/Internet group. Other duties as assigned.
