Location: India (Remotely from anywhere in India) Description: We are looking for a seasoned technical recruiter for resourcing candidates for direct client requirements. The successful candidate will have: Experience as a technical recruiter, recruiting IT professionals (Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Architects, Developers, Testers, Database Administrators, Network Administrators/Engineers, UI/Web Designers, Information Architects, etc for direct clients. Strong background and proven experience in sourcing IT professionals at various levels and technologies (Java/J2EE, .Net, HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, Oracle, DB2, etc based on the job specifications. Extensive experience in recruiting using various Job Sites/Boards, Social Media, Internet, Channel Partner recruitment and through networking. Strong understanding of various technologies and how they are applied in the information technology space. Positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills along with strong negotiation and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Desire to work hard in a fast paced and a challenging environment.
