Phone screen followed by an in person interview*

MUST have actual WORK experience with items listed on resume. Areas that
will be covered in the interview are User Interface, C#, WCF (Windows
Foundation Communication), and Database Objects. Candidates do not need to
be proficient will all 4, however, they should have a good combination of
practical experience vs. awareness of a skill. The application they will be
working on is very large and they will be touching multiple aspects of it.


* Project Overview: *Contractors will be working on homegrown FIS
Commercial Loan Banking System. FIS has recently acquired a new commercial
loan application and the goal of this project is to port the feature
functionality of the new application into their existing system. This will
be primarily new development involving front, middle and backend
development layers.


*Minimum Qualifications:*Must be functional with front to back development
Must be proficient with ASP.Net framework
Must be proficient with C#
Must know Javascript
JQuery is strongly desired but not required
SQL Server (writing queries)is a strong plus but not required


*Interview Process:*Interview process will consist of 2 rounds. The first
round will be an introductory phone interview with the hiring manager. The
second round will be an in person technical interview in a panel setting.
Panel will consist of at least 3 people.


*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*Develops and up-dates own
development plan regularly.
Documents and communicates activities and deliverables of project plan.
Demonstrates a strong knowledge of one or several applications development
methodologies.
Plays a major role in evaluating and selecting applications development
methodologies for a product or application.
Evaluates tradeoffs of development method options in meeting both business
and technical requirements.
Demonstrates knowledge impact of delivery methodology on existing system.
Coordinates all aspects of production turnover with other organizational
units for major projects.
Evaluates tradeoffs of development method options in meeting both business
and technical requirements.
Interprets client functional requirements and translates into major
components of a site.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university in
related field or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3-5 years in web development; or equivalent combination of

*Additional skills:*.Net Framework 2.0 - 4.0
ASP.Net with C# with Visual Studio 2010 or higher
JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML
SQL Server 2005/2008 (data manipulation language)
Web Architecture
Object Oriented design (design pattern usage)
SOA with emphasis on WCF
ORM tools (industry and/or custom). .NetTiers is a plus.
