*Interview Mode: Telephonic Then Skype* *Job Duties :* · Conducts analysis of systems specifications · Develops conversion and system implementation plans · Develops diagrams and flow charts · Handles multiple programming and analyst assignments concurrently · Prepares system and programming documentation · Supports and services systems · Develops code according to specifications and conducts unit testing · Works closely with functional business analysts and the business to enhance the Customer Interaction Center in SAP CRM through technical changes from design through construction, testing, and launch. · Enable all departments to optimize the capabilities of SAP CRM 7.0 and other business systems by enhancing reporting capability as well as enhancing business processes through technical modifications. · Establish a close relationship with the others in IT applications to ensure that the business needs are understood and being met / planned for appropriately. · With functional business analysts, translate user requirements into SAP CRM functionality, detailed specification creation, lead technical aspects of projects, and identify gaps in process. · Works on and coordinates key SAP CRM deliverables.
