*Need Consultants on our W2*

*Interview: Telephonic followed by SkypeEnd Client: Capital One*
*2 Positions Available*

*Skills Required:*
*         10+ yrs experience developing and designing applications in
high-paced business environments.
*         Must have strong hands on development along with leadership,
mentoring skills
*         *MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING ON A CUSTOMER FACING WEB
APPLICATION. *
*         *Banking Credit Card application HIGHLY preferred.*
*         Strong skills in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Servlets, Web Services,
JMS, Mockito, JUnit, SQL, Maven, Ant, JDBC, design patterns, development
standards.
*         *Must have strong experience in Spring specifically with Spring
MVC.*
*         *Must understand design, but the position is hands on
development  - not architecture.*
*         Expert level experience in developing and deploying J2EE
applications to both windows and LINUX environments.
*         Advanced working knowledge in configuring Tomcat, Websphere and
JBoss on both windows and LINUX.
*         Helps move past complex development issues.
*         Mentor development staff as needed.
*         Participates in the communities of practice.
*         Leads code review on their team.
