Needed Profiles ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *Its a full time position* *Title: Oracle Developer* *Location: Columbus OH* *Responsibilities * * Maintain, modify and enhance core SOA architecture * Design and developer XML schemas used within the enterprise * Refine and optimize existing SOA projects, including ESB and BPEL * Research and developer proof of concepts for new projects * Help lead in the definition and maintenance of best practices in the development of SOA components * Work independently in order to deliver customer service solutions for the application teams, from requirements and design through development, testing and production rollout * Communicate clearly and effectively within the SOA group and with the respective application teams * Provide innovative solutions and explore and learn new technologies *Qualifications* * BS in IT related field * Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in SOA and/or java development * Strong background in XML, XSD, XSL * ESB and BPEL Experience, preferably Oracle SOA Suite 10g and/or SOA Suite 11g * Knowledge of SOA principles * Experience with industry-standard application servers, OAS or WLS preferred * Strong problem solving skills and desire to innovate new solutions for the SOA team * Great communication skills * Motivated to learn new technologies and processes * Ability to work with a team Regards...
