This position is for multiple high profile web and mobile application
development projects within the FSE section.
These projects include development of *RESTful* web services, *.Net
MVC*web applications with an *Oracle,
SQL Server or DB2* backend, mainframe applications that have to be
converted to the web using *ASP.Net* *MVC* while maintaining connectivity
with *DB2*.
Additionally, there is an initiative to develop a pilot mobile application
with a vendor.
The immediate responsibility for this position is to work with the vendor
for development of services that will help integrate with the pilot mobile
application under development.
This position will them move to extending these services to support the
full mobile application development, participate in mobile application
development if required using Objective C and participate in design and
development of upcoming projects in *ASP.Net* web forms as well as *ASP.Net
MVC*.
Project Duties include requirements analysis, design, web application
development, testing, and implementation and leading/mentoring a team in
the use of Restful services*, Web APIs, JSON, ASP.Net MVC, AJAX, JQuery,
JQuery UI and Telerik* controls.
Deliverables include architecture and design documentation, documentation
that provides guidance for development to new developers, estimates for
design and development and quality code developed on time.
