One project has already started and is in development. Two projects are in requirements gathering and will be prepared for an RFP process. The Project Manager to be part of the team charged with providing products that will replace the existing several CDPHE systems. The Project manager will act as a virtual extension of the Client's own staff, which enables the Client to be in control of the project at all times while ensuring that the management role within the project is fulfilled.
