* The Zabbix Administrator must have extensive experience with
administration of monitoring applications in a complex data center
environment;
* Red Hat System Administration skills and experience;
* MySQL experience, and scripting experience.
* They do have to have the Zabbix experience ( it needs to be
extensive). They need a person that knows the guts of it (like a
mechanic) not just a user of Zabbix;
* They need to know MySQL database (big with Zabbix);
* Bash or PowerShell scripting (If Bash even better because that is
RedHat);
* Be RHCSA certified; does not need to be RHCE but if they are even
better.
* They need to have worked in a datacenter environment (AT&T, Sprint,
Rackspace);
* Know Windows and Linux (will be working 50% Windows, 50% Linux);
* Need to know Networking (not the Cisco type);
* VMware monitoring experience, virtualization, High Availability, and
PM skills.
