*Skill-set*:
"Our Data Protection contract engineers integrate software that protects
integrity and confidentiality of client information by ensuring appropriate
controls are in place to control data visibility. This position will lead
technical install responsibilities for database firewall and data at rest
encryption technologies in the information security environment and will be
second level support for current and future designs. We are looking for
strong back end systems administration skills combined with the ability to
handle complex project issues and tasks. Works independently with internal
clients and Sr. Management on information security issues and strategies.
Provides coaching to clients and Information Security Administrators.
Candidate Requirements Windows and UNIX/Linux operations and software
deployment (AIX preferred). Systems operations and stability. System
Optimization Skills Firewall and firewall ruleset knowledge. Ability to
quickly come up to speed on new software Network security fundamentals
Fundamental knowledge of firewalls, networks, operating systems, databases,
and storage Extra Considerations Understanding of encryption and key
management a plus Defense in depth strategies and how security devices are
deployed a plus Data Leakage Prevention technologies a plus Security
Product Knowledge (a plus): Imperva (database firewall), Vormetric and/or
Verdasys experience a plus s "
