Job Title: Business Analyst/ System Analyst
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Wilmington, DE

Within an Agile development environment, the Systems Analyst is responsible
to write and communicate stories, drive the grooming of stories, support
the sprint team in planning and assist in executing the project goals for
the Shared Services area.

The Shared Services Systems Analyst is expected to assist in planning and
implementing the use of technology and processes to support the strategic
objectives of the business. The position works primarily with internal
customers, and sometimes external parties to assist in developing solutions
of the approved project and support work. The analyst is expected to work
with Scrum Masters via a Community of Practice to increase the
effectiveness of the application of scrum in the organization.

*Past Development experience in JAVA, SQL is required.*

*Responsibilities:*
•          Creates Technical epics/Technical Stories for Shared Services
from the business epics.
•          Contributes to Pre-grooming and grooming with the Scrum teams
and documents the Technical stories and tasks.
•          Conducts Breakout sessions with the Technology SMEs, Product
Owners, and Business Sponsors during Planning (Estimation & Planning) and
documents all the requirements in the Product Backlog.
•          Ensures there is a 90 day grooming cadence at all times in
conjunction with the Product Owners
•          Supports the Product Owner with Program Technical Delivery.
•          Helps document the cross-team Technical approach and Design for
programs.
•          Ensures audit documentation is complete at the end of the sprint
for programs.
•          Assist the product owner in identifying middleware impacts
concerning business requirements of application development projects, and
build technical flows.
•          Assist in determining areas of risk as new or changed processes
are implemented, and develop Technical flows.
•          Assist Scrum Master in Sprint Planning as needed.
•          Interface with external facing vendors as needed.
•          Possess the ability to work with and influence wide range of
stakeholders across roles and levels (business, compliance, Legal, IT,
etc.)
•          Be an Innovative thinker to provide technical guidance
concerning business implications of application development projects.
•          Provides clear concise communication with project sprint team.

*Basic Qualifications*
·         Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science,
Information Technology, Business Administration, etc.).
·         5+ years’ experience as IT Business/Systems Analyst and Technical
writing.
·         Experience working in Agile Delivery environment.
·         Prior experience with Technical documentation for Shared services.
·         Expertise in developing system flows using MS Visio and other
tools.
·         Past Development Experience in JAVA, SQL is a MUST.
·         Ability to successfully interact with internal and external team
members, and third party vendors.
·         Knowledge of system definition processes and tools.
·         Comfortable interacting with both the business and technical
organizations.
·         Excellent communication skills and High attention to detail.
