Title: QA Lead/ Test Coordinator posted on 2014-05-30 13:51:28 Job Description:*Title: QA Lead/ Test Coordinator* *Location: San Ramon, CA* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Note: Credit Card experience mandatory* *Position Account-abilities:* • Provides Quality Assurance services to Bank of the West card services products, customer facing technologies and various vendor integration projects • Implement continuous improvement principles to evolve the team’s quality assurance skills and capabilities • Responsible for overall test coordination across internal and external test teams • Develop Test Strategy/Test plan, review/create test cases and generate traceability metrics • Coordinate set up of Quality Assurance testing environments (QA, UAT and Stage) required for different types of testing activities • Identify and Assist in test data preparation and management to execute meaningful test scenarios • Involve in validating Code Handoff’s from vendors/developers • Manages Quality Center Testing tool for all testing activities • Develop production go live check-out list • Develop Test Progress report and overall Test Summary Report • Coordinate and assist in UAT testing effort • Conduct defect triage and “Go-No-Go” meetings • Manages, plans, implements, and deploys testing strategies and activities across projects and testing teams • Ensures projects comply with all testing and Quality Assurance standards • Partners across various teams including Product Development and Software Engineering to help the quality and testing transformation • Leads, coordinate, and execute Quality Assurance testing activities for projects and maintenance activities through different phases of software development lifecycle • Create and review test scenarios, test cases and test scripts which fully test new and/or updated technology solutions • Produce Quality Assurance testing status reports and metrics for review by management • Performs Quality Assurance testing activities to ensure the applications and products and/or releases are in compliance with the Quality Assurance standards of the organization. • Performs other duties as assigned *Job Specifications: * - Required Education or Equivalent Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required or related field. - *Required Experience:* • Minimum of 10 years in the Information Technology field, focusing on Systems Quality Assurance activities and testing. • Minimum 3 years of experience in testing Card services like TSYS, First Data • Debit and/or Credit Card platform, systems, operations and product knowledge • Minimum 4 years of experience in QA Lead activities, projects and teams • 8 to 10 years of experience with QA processes and testing methodologies • Extensive testing experience with integrated applications • Deep understanding of the banking card service products • Extensive experience in Testing Tools like HP Quality Center • Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Strong database and SQL knowledge • Highly organized and detail oriented • Experience validating high quality consumer facing applications • Ability to triage issues, react well to changes, work with teams and ability to multi-task on multiple products and projects. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization *Click here to view full job description and apply <http://ejobsville.com/display-job/178307> (Registration not mandatory to apply for this job)* ------------------------------ Best regards, eJobsVille.com - For The Best Tech Jobs In Town -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
