A *Master’s Degree* is preferred. A Master's Degree in one of the above disciplines equals one year specialized and two years general experience. C) General Experience: Must have eight (8) years of programming experience in software development or maintenance. D) Specialized Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in IT systems analysis and programming.
