*Job Title: Sr. PMO Analyst-HR Payroll ProjectWork Location: Burbank, CADuration: 6+ MonthsJob Description:* • Primary Responsibility - Coordinate meetings and deliverables between dedicated and cross-unctional project teams, and document meeting minutes, action items, open items, decisions, issues, risks, etc... • Responsible for documentation and Project PMO tools for the HR/Payroll Workday solution (Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Clarity 12/13, Hewlett Packard Quality Center, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Project 2010) • Attend requirements and design workshops with business unit and create / maintain detailed notes and risk / issue / action item logs. • Learn and understand Warner Bros. methodological standards, and Project Management processes. • Critically evaluate documentation to ensure Warner Bros. standards. • Collaborate with the Project PMO Director to determine overall project status based on feedback and status meeting from the various project area leads. • Work with Project workstream leads to develop work plans integratable into a project master plan. • Responsible for developing key documentation that adheres to Warner Bros SDLC standards and industry best practices. • Complete required reviews and approvals of MRLS deliverables related to integration areas. • Administrate the project documentation portal (SharePoint site) and ensure naming conventions, approvals, documentation standards, etc are followed. • Assist with project resource management and financial management activities. *Specific Deliverables:* • Risks / Issues / Action Items Database, creation, tracking, reporting & maintenance • Project Roles & Responsibilities Matrix • Project Calendar & Management • Project Deliverables List creation, tracking, reporting & maintenance • Detailed Project Plan creation, tracking, reporting & maintenance • Resource Actuals and Forecast reporting *Requirements:* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience • 3+ years of experience working in a PMO office in an analyst capacity • 2+ years experience working in conjunction with large scale Human Resource and Payroll projects is a must. • Strong understanding of the system development lifecycle, as well as experience with different project management methodologies is highly desirable. • Knowledge of project documentation and the tools / techniques used to create and track these deliverables is required. • Knowledge and ability to create and maintain a project reporting system for Deliverables, Risks, Issues, Open Items, Action Items, Decisions, and any other relevant logs is required. • Knowledge and ability to create and maintain metrics for reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to project performance is required. • Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and work closely with persons on all levels. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts. • Experience with Workday is preferred • Experience with Microsoft Project 2010 is required. • Experience with Clarity 12 and 13 is preferred. • Experience administrating a SharePoint 2010 site is required. *Travel: *Position is located out of Burbank, CA. No travel outside of Burbank is expected. *Overtime:* Occasional overtime may be required depending on the phase of the project.
