*Responsibilities*
The Oracle EBusiness Suite Techno-Functional Developer will perform custom
extension interface development work and testing in Oracle Federal
Financials with the ability to articulate and fully understand the
functional aspects of core financials in a Federal environment.

*The tasks may include, but are not limited to*:
·         Functional requirements analysis and the functional aspects of
the Oracle EBusiness Suite using Federal Financials
·         Clarification of the functional requirements with appointed
functional Subject Matter Experts (SME)
·         Perform development using Structured Query Language (SQL) and
Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL)
·         Document technical design using PTSB design  templates

·         Experienced with RICEW objects
·         Development and documentation of test plans
·         Provide overview of design and unit test results to functional
SMEs
·          Continue

provide support as needed to functional SMEs through all aspects of testing
·         Active participation in status meetings, functional requirements
review meetings, design meetings, and unit test meetings
·         Provide status of assigned work to functional and technical

*Required Skills & Experience*
·         Oracle programming background – including several years of
experience and education in an IT related field
·         Five or more years of experience programming with PL/SQL and SQL
and providing custom extension development and support to Oracle EBusiness
Suite, preferably Federal Financials
·         Three or more years of experience unit testing code and testing
back to user requirements
·         Two or more years or experience with interface  development
