*Here is the Job Description*: *Sr. MS SQL Server DeveloperSan Diego, CA6+ Months Contract* *5 Openings* *!! Note: Must be EAD, GC, US Citizen !!* *Job Responsibilities:* • Strong TSQL experience developing complex stored procedures, views and functions on MS SQL Server (2008 and 2012). • Excellent working knowledge of query, index, statistics, execution plans and DB I/O performance tuning. • Experience identifying weaknesses in T-SQL Code and then improving those weaknesses for future releases. • Experience using Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS) to create and run SSIS packages and in generating models for reports with SSRS. • Sound understanding of software development principles and experience developing within the full life-cycle of a software product. • Role requires analyzing data requirements for business applications, developing data models and planning data migration/conversion strategies for internal and externally hosted applications. • Uphold enterprise policy guidelines and recommend new/improved guidelines • Partner with project teams and interact with customers to find solutions for projects and operational issues for existing and proposed databases • Demonstrate the knowledge and ability to perform in all of the basic database management skills of database administration, physical structure, overall architecture, and database analysis • Provide standardization and consistency across environments • Apply database management consulting skills and gathers user requirements • Implement and monitor database functionality to ensure stable environments • Identify and initiate resolutions to user problems and concerns associated with database server equipment (hardware and software) *Requirements* • 5+ years SQL Server database experience • 5+ Data Modeling (Physical/Logical) experience • Bachelor’s degree • SSIS and SSRS experience • Lead experience strongly preferred Best Regards, Sam Nelson Resource Development Manager GM InfoTech LLC.
