Atleast 2 years of experience managing Windows 2003/2008 in a medium-to-large scale production environment Atleast 2 years of working knowledge and experience troubleshooting application and platform faults in medium-to-large scale Windows environments Atleast 2 years of successful documentation, presentation and communicating effectively to clients and users.
