Taleo Consultant *Rate* : Open *Skills* : Taleo *Openings* : 1 *Duration* : 6+ Months *Location* : Battle Creek MI *Description* : *Taleo Consultant* - Responsible for global Taleo implementation from a technical perspective including project management for recruiting and onboarding - Responsible for all systems configuration including design, build and test - Responsible for managing all systems enhancements and new releases - Manages complex troubleshooting and solutioning - Manages Global ATS Governance Process (from a technical perspective) - Liaison with Kellogg IT for all work relating to TCC/SAP Integration *Primary Function:* -The Senior Taleo Analyst has accountability for designing, building, testing, implementing, managing and maintaining the Global Recruiting Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and supporting process. -The role holder will be responsible for all modules of the ATS including Recruiting, Assessment, Scheduling Centre, Job Distribution and Onboarding, along with successful integration to the HRIS (SAP), Social Media, External and Internal Career Sites. -This work will be aligned to building our global recruiting capability with Recruiting Leads, Recruiters, HR and business users across the Kellogg globe, creating a smooth, efficient and consistent global recruiting solution. *Working Relationships:* *-*Reports directly to Snr. Manager, Global Talent Acquistion -No direct reports -Peers include Recruiters, Global Recruiting Leads, IT Partners *Dimensions:* *-*Does not oversee an operating budget; however, may have responsibility to manage a project budget in partnership with the implementation project lead. *Principal Duties:* 1. Leads the global design and implementation of Taleo Recruiting, Assessment, and Onboarding from a technical perspective. 2. Responsible for all systems configuration including design and build; 3. Accountable for systems testing 4. Responsible for complex troubleshooting and solutioning; 5. First and second line support for Taleo bugs and issues 6. Responsible for managing overall solution design and development against business needs. 7. Successfully integrates the ATS with the HRIS (SAP), Social Media, External and Internal Career Sites 8. Leads UAT, including preparation, writing of scripts, facilitation, collation of feedback and solutions 9. Partners with project lead to design, develop and roll out education, training and process documentation for end users, keeping operating manuals and material up to date 10. Accountable for testing, troubleshooting, solutioning and resolving daily issues for both internal and external customers. Liaison to vendor for items requiring escalation 11. Leverages Taleo to support the build and delivery of reports and MI 12. Partners with global recruiting team to drive ongoing continuous improvements based on business needs, system capability and architectural improvements. 13. Inputs into Global ATS Governance approach to ensure enhancements, break fixes and upgrades are prioritized according to business needs and criticality 14. Continuously enhances technical knowledge and expertise through continuous research, knowledge exchange forum and regional user group *Work Environment* *-*Work is done in an office environment with minimal exposure to noise or dust. *-*Flexibility in working hours may be required from time to time to support global meetings in the evenings *-*May occasionally require international travel for training or knowledge transfer *Required:* - Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Taleo , with experience of designing and implementing technology-enabled enterprise solutions. - Experience conducting system, regression, and UAT testing - Advanced knowledge of requirements gathering techniques, project management, and recruiting application and\\\\or systems development methodologies. - In-depth understanding of Global HR and Recruiting functions related to business concepts, practices, and procedures and the overall impact of system configuration and setup to the Taleo system. - Advanced configuration and design skills. - Understanding of EEO/SOX compliance requirements related to applicant tracking and recruiting. *Preferred:* - Experience with SAP/HRIS Org and Position Management Architecture. - Advanced computer skills including SAP HR/Payroll, Taleo, DBA experience. - Taleo Connection Client and passport integration experience. - Taleo System Administrator certification. - Development and deployment experience with Business Object reports or a similar reporting package is required. .
