A work history of several 3-6 months projects is less favorable than a few projects that lasted over a year each. This manager is particularly interested in seeing candidates who can talk about their project history in terms of design and leadership, as opposed to following more basic "marching orders." *Job Description* Responsible for analysis, design and development of applications/use cases for mobile phone development channel. Lead team of developers, following agile development methodology. Manage business partner relationships, consult and proactively develop solutions that meet both tactical and strategic needs of the client, technology and business teams. *Knowledge/Skills* Experienced in leadership roles in mobile phone development projects. Knowledge of Java, Weblogic application servers, Oracle database, and java scripting. Knowledge of full software development lifecycle. Analytical and problem solving skills. Must show a strong interest in working with business teams to deliver sustainable solutions that best meets needs of client within the constraint matrix.
