Title: Senior BSA Compliance Alternative Investments posted on 2014-09-03 17:45:51 Job Description:This position requires a senior BSA with a professional attitude and ability to straddle both business and technical assignments. The candidate should be comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment requiring adaptability to changing requests. The individual will provide varied support to both business users and technology teams. • Conduct research and analysis on data and functionality questions with a core focus on business context • Gather and prepare business requirements by attending user meetings and interviewing clients/users • Participate in project planning and management by documenting and maintaining plans, issues logs and test cases • Develop and execute test cases for development efforts. • Become very familiar with user built (Excel) solutions as well as IT built systems. • Become very familiar with the day to day process of the business teams IT is supporting. • Assist in the business support of IT and business built system. • Learn systems, workflow, and users well so that the candidate can insulate the portfolio management team from day to day IT project concerns, and can help quickly address questions and issues.
