Role : Audit/ SOX Testing

Rate : $45/hr
Duration : Long Term
_*Description :*_
Interprets and administers policies, processes, and procedures to ensure
compliance with all relevant requirements including internal and
external regulations (e.g. SOX requirements) for the Financial Service
Center (FSC) organization and its outsourcing partners (O&O).
*_Task :_*
Perform Key Control Testing (75% to 95% of overall effort).
Accurate, quick, timely, and well documented.
Strong and professional interaction with control performers and C&C team.
Requiring self-starter with limited supervision.
Assists to ensure compliance
Liaison/coordination with O&O on operational matters.
Regular performance metrics reporting according to Group/Divisional
standards.
Liaison with stakeholders IA and external Audit.
Ensure compliance with local requirements.
Raise awareness of key risks and risk response in the organization.
Prepare and support FSC & Divisional Finance for audits.
Support / assist auditors during their mission.
Define and track action items, including accurate and timely resolution
of agreed actions.
Provide/initiate training on compliance requirements to controls owners.
_*Skills Require : *_
Qualified in accounting/IFRS, SOX/ICFR, NFCM Recent Internal/External
Audit experience preferred within last 3 years Three plus years'
experience in finance processes Experience with Shared services
preferred Good SAP skills
University Degree in Economics or Business Administration (or
equivalent), preferably specializing in Finance or Accounting
Recent public audit experience of 2 to 3 years out of the last 4 or 5 years.
Recent SOX testing experience of 2 to 3 years out of the last 4 or 5
years./:/
Most lacked working knowledge of being part of Public or internal audit
for SOX
//Lacked recent SOX testing experience/
Had IT SOX experience but not really financial business SOX experience
(when they are mainly strong in IT SOX or IT SOX testing is a different
skillset we do not need)/
