Collaborate cross-functionally to define detailed business requirements. Act as a subject matter expert, providing business process expertise or researching future strategies. *Essential Tasks* - Developing relationships and integrating activities with others to ensure successful implementation and support of projects - Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal partners to analyze information needs and functional requirements and create and maintain project documentation: Scope Documents, Business Requirement Documents, Solution Design Document, Consumer Interaction Flow, Use Cases, and Interface Designs/Flows - Identifying conflicting business practices and integration issues, and suggesting alternative solutions - Evaluate application software packages - Gathers the functional specifications necessary to meet the business support needs. - Recommends changes and/or software enhancements to improve business efficiency - Manages multiple concurrent projects and priorities ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Essential Requirements *Desired Skills* - Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience -6 years of e-Commerce/IT Business Analyst or similar role - Previous experience with ATG platform is required *Preferred Requirements* - Knowledge of e-Commerce platforms - Organized, able to act independently, and able to adapt rapidly in a fast-paced environment - Ability to collaborate effectively and actively with marketing and development teams - Proven ability to effectively manage time and priorities Regards...
