Primary Responsibilities
· Review and analyze clinical trial systems and client business
processes to identify areas of improvement
· Provide guidance and expertise necessary to assist in the
development of product offerings that meet client business needs
· Elicit and gather requirements via interviews and work group
sessions with the client and internal teams
· Review, analyze and document requirements using current tools and
templates
· Present requirement findings and product demonstrations to the
project and stakeholder teams using clinical knowledge and experience to
provide direction for the project
· Attend project and client meetings to provide clinical input,
gather key business objectives, and identify process re-engineering and new
development opportunities
· Create business interaction processes, workflows, use cases and
storyboards that assist in modeling the current "as-is" state of the
business/project
· Assist with User Interface (UI) design specifications and conduct
gap analysis
· Assist with the development and technical review of system
documentation and training materials
· Assist with testing the functionality of the products to validate
whether the requirements have been met and to ensure that the desired state
has been reached based upon user acceptance
Technical Skills/Knowledge:
· Proficient Understanding of Software development methodologies
i.e. RUP, Agile
