*Strong Basis resource with experience implementing and managing PI. D* Define architecture in the area of PI Infrastructure Management, for example Deployment options for PI components (ESR, SR) Security Scalability Business Continuity (High Availability) Software Logistics Architecture Release and Upgrade Management Change and Transport Management Architectural responsibility for the SLD, for example Deployment options Transport strategy for SLD Content Implement and configure the architecture defined by the PI Basis Architect Perform System Configuration of SAP PI (installation, configuration of Web AS, …) System Management (User Management, Exchange Profile Maintenance,…) Security Operations (e. g. handling of certificates) Administration: User Management, Transport of content (if required), etc. Configuration: maintenance of Business Systems, Products, Software Component Versions, etc Job Level Specific Duties Performs and leads specific delivery activities. Responsibility for service level and coordination of resources. Develops and maintains direct customer point of contact for delivery relationships. Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement. Identifies opportunities for growth within the customer environment. Participate in talent acquisition activities. Mentors campus recruits. Typical Years of Experience Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience. Minimum Education and Certifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Skills Solid organizing and planning skills for deliverables. Good priority setting and delegation skills. Solid analytical, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills. Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions Ability to physically perform general office requirements. Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
