*Title:* Oracle EBS HCM Functional *Location:* Chicago, IL *Duration:* 6 Months *Oracle EBS HCM Functional SME* Work on a team of Oracle eBusiness Suites (EBS) technical and functional analysts to support and evolve the client’s Oracle EBS environments *MUST HAVE:* · Must have experience as a Functional expert implementing and supporting Oracle HCM and Payroll related modules: o HR (full, not shared) o Payroll o HR Self Service (ESS, MSS) · Must have a good understanding, if not expertise, in the following: o Advanced Benefits o iRecruitment o Learning Management · “Formal” EBS application support experience · Must have a strong customer service orientation · Must possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills · Experience supporting test issue resolution · Experience participating in the requirements process with the user community on UAT (user acceptance testing) definition and developing detailed documentation to facilitate transition from ST to UAT.
