Communicate these requirements to appropriate IT personnel for discussion of high-level solutions. · Review development policies and oversee code review tasks to ensure developers are following specified standards · Will perform strong data analysis and design and conduct Test Driven Development/Unit Testing within formal software delivery and quality methodologies. · Work with both internal analysts and business experts and possibly external design and development agencies. · Write high quality java code to support multiple web based systems *SKILLS REQUIRED * · Strong Core Java, JSP, Spring , Hibernate, Javascript Frameworks , XML processing, XSL, Java Design Patterns, jUnit, Ant, AJAX, Web Services. · Strong development, data analysis, design and testing skills · Experience using Test Driven Development, Unit Testing/Integration Testing · Experience with formal software delivery and quality methodologies · Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of multiple teams · Websphere Portal a plus · Excellent communication skills Regards, Vibhoj Kumar Shukla Technical Recruiter IDC Technologies Inc.
