Oracle Configurations Business Analyst (BA) is the interface between
Business Users and IT.  The BA will primarily be responsible for Oracle EBS
Configuration Developer/Oracle Agile PLM problem solving, integration and
enhancements. Problem solving skills must include problem solving EBS R12.2
Configurator Developer tool and knowledge of the following EBS R12.2
modules (Quote, OM, iStore – may have to work with multiple other BAs due
to size of work effort. The Oracle Agile PLM system is the system of record
for Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Items.  The Oracle Configurator/Agile BA
is responsible for Master Data record associated with Items, BOMs and
Configurations.   The Business Analyst will be also be responsible for
additional projects related to enterprise applications portfolio.  The
Business Analyst will be a significant contributor to the growth of the
business.  Good communication skills along with a solid track record of
designing, testing, implementing EBS Configurator and associated
reporting,  preferably for EBS R12.2,  is a must.   Agile is a very
important secondary skill, additional Oracle EBS skills are also useful.

The Business Analyst will actively lead work endeavors Configurations, BOMS
and items working with the following business areas:  EBS Oracle I2O and
other tracks including Portal. The BA will have to coordinate with other
business areas and other Oracle EBS Supply Chain BA; Oracle EBS
OBIEE/OBIA/BI Business Analyst.  The Business Users have a demand for
OBIEE/OBIA reporting to monitor and control world-wide activities for a
large contingent of TGCS employees, distributors and vendors.

The Configurations/BOMs/Items analyst will be driving an off-shore
technical team (therefore, there will be minimum need for the BA to be a
developer) utilizing EBS Configuration Developer/Configurator
Developer/Quote/OM/iStore /Oracle Agile expertise.   This will require at
least team lead level or knowledge of technical project management skills
to be effective.   This individual will be responsible for: gathering
requirements; writing functional design documents; effectively
communicating requirements to offshore outsourced technical team members.
Will also be responsible for:  negotiating DOUs, and Technical Design
documents with the off-shore team; driving testing, while managing both
customer expectations and customer realization ultimately leading in user
acceptance of Configurations/BOMs/ITEMs delivered on-time and on-budget.
Knowledge of other EBS R12.2 modules is a plus.
