Title: Customer Insight Project Manager with PMP Certification posted on 2014-12-08 13:53:30 Job Description: -The Customer Insight Project Manager (CI PM) will be responsible for providing project management of a project associated with the design and redesign of Client business processes associated with the Customer Lifecycle -Development of a federated Customer Data Model; and development of Client's Customer Information Management strategy to include data governance processes, data quality requirements and procedures, and a Customer Insight technology roadmap. -This is not an IT project but a business project that is a component of a larger Client Program. -Any IT project that may be approved for development will be managed by a separate Technical PM. -The CI PM is responsible for: developing the project charter and planning all aspects of the project in accordance with the Program Charter,project status reporting, resource, budget, risk, issue and change management for the project and integration with Program component projects. -Ensure compliance with Program Management Plans.
