*PROFESSIONAL SERVICES SUMMARY:*
This position supports and assists the Oracle Payroll/HR team at Castle
Rock in resolving production issues, making enhancements as needed, and
also be actively involved in project work for converting Oracle HRMS to
Workday HRMS



*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*

·    Good business knowledge in HR and Payroll processes

·    Capable of managing project tasks and milestones and have a sense of
urgency in meeting project goals

·     Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities tasks, and
deliver quality performance under pressure

·      Have strong business analysis skills

·      Perform unit and integration tests and create documentation.

·     Work with the business to write/fix formulas for Payroll process, and
write balance adjustment procedures during year end process as needed

·     Able to interact professionally and effectively with business users.
Able to communicate with personnel at all levels in the organization
provide exceptional customer service.

·      Should have strong organizational and interpersonal written and
verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work in a team
environment.



*SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGIES USED:*
 Workday or Oracle HRMS, Payroll



*MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:*

·     Prior experience working with Workday or Oracle is preferred in any
of the HRMS modules like HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent
Management, etc.

·     Must have 5-8 years' experience working as an Analyst in any major
ERP such as Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, or SAP.

·     Good understanding of development tools used for Conversions,
Interfaces, Reports, etc.

·    Experience with industry standard project management, software
development and support processes and best practices desired.

·     Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport building,
listening, and documenting  skills.
