I am *Ahmed from Sage Group Consulting, Inc*, Please find the job descriptions below and if you are interested and available for this position please *send me your updated resume* along with contact number. *Please send me resume to z <ah...@maccadin.com>ah...@sagetl.com <ah...@sagetl.com>* *Data Architect/Modeler* *Washington, DC – * *$67/hr C2C – * *Will hire off Skype if needed* looking for a Data Architect/Modeler for a contract position with one of our leading clients in Washington, DC *REQUIRED SKILLS:* -Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Science or Statistics or other data intensive discipline. -Strong communication skills (written and oral). -Experience facilitating issue resolution sessions. -At least four (4) years of experience in data modeling and/or data analysis. -Ability to describe data mapping and data migration techniques. -Demonstrated hands-on experience developing Entity Relationship Models and Data Flow Diagrams. -Ability to export lists of data elements from Erwin Models. -Ability to extract lists of included data elements from Informatica PowerCenter ETL feeds and databases leveraging PL/SQL. -Demonstrated hands-on experience in analyzing large databases. -Competent in office technology tools with advanced Excel and Access skills. -Data mining skills (including data auditing, aggregation, validation and reconciliation) are a plus. -Direct experience and/or knowledge of Informatica Data Quality, Master Data Management (MDM), and Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) are a plus. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* -Develop and product analysis, recommendations and reports identifying all data elements and their associated systems and all data elements that are Left Behind. -For all data that is classified as Left Behind, work directly with Project Teams to determine appropriate system ownership; and or to officially label the data as To be Retired. -Work under the direction of the Data Architecture Beam Lead and the Information Management/ Governance Beam Lead. -Participate in strategic discussions about how to meet No Data Left Behind objectives. -Take the lead in addressing objectives #1 (identification of data), #2 (development of a skeleton data model), #4 (collection of documentation and development of new documentation), and #5 (centralized capture of prioritized metadata). -Serve as the focal point with Project Teams for the collection of all No Data Left Behind research/analysis. Project teams include ODS Re-engineering.
